Get to know Thomas!
TCTP: What was your favorite show you were a part of in high school?
TT: I didn’t really get a chance to be a part of something big in high school, but for our musical theatre class we did The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. They changed Marcy to Matty. I was cool with that.
TCTP: Have you actually read Moby Dick?
TT: I actually have never read, let alone picked up, Moby Dick.
TCTP: What is a piece of classical literature you would love to see turned into a musical?
TT: Is Frankenstein a musical? Or Pride and Prejudice? Or The Great Gatsby?
TCTP: Do you have a personal white whale? What is it? (Interpret how you wish.)
TT: Personal white whales…the things that have eluded you for years and will keep eluding you till you basically die…? Mmm…hard thing to answer…right now…it’s love. I’m a hopeless romantic. It’ll keep eluding me for all eternity it seems like.
TCTP: What’s the most thrown together show you’ve ever done?
TT: Most thrown together show would have to be included in the 24-hour play festivals. Those are all so thrown together. Coming up with props, costumes, the plays themselves, and the rehearsals.
