Get to know Elisabeth!
TCTP: What’s your nerdy guilty pleasure/What’s your fandom?
EDT: I love a show called Free Rein and I don’t feel guilty about it at all. It’s a show about an American girl who goes to spend her summer with her grandpa in England and his house is right next to a Stable and her mom says she Cannot ride horses but she develops a Bond with a horse anyway and ultimately she and the horse Save Each Other. To the haters, I say: stories about girls learning to care about horses are almost exclusively also stories about girls building female friendships, so if you don’t have exactly my taste in media for tweens, you’re sexist, case closed.
TCTP: What clique were you in in high school?
EDT: In high school I did choir, theater, recycling club, latin club, a competitive English team that went to state twice, NHS, and student council. I was voted “Most Versatile”my senior year which I think was code for “No Friends But Is Technically Surrounded By People A Lot.”
TCTP: What secret did you have as a 15 year old?
EDT: Uhhh I had a secret blog (which has been deleted but I kind of wish I had printed a copy for history).
TCTP: If you had a month to live, what would you do?
EDT: Ride horses the whole time.
TCTP: Who would you play as? Demon queen, dark elf, half orc wizard, or rogue gnome?
EDT: No offense but I’m a before-stage Agnes, DnD is nerdy af. DWEEBS.
