Meet the team of MOBY DICK! THE MUSICAL - Amy Skrodzki (Assistant Stage Manager)

Amy Skrodzki is a Chicago based stage manager originally from Birmingham, Alabama. Some of her recent credits include DE TROYA (Halcyon Theatre); GUMP, WITH YOUR PAL CHARLIE DAVIS ((re)discover theatre); and LADY FAUST (Public House Theatre). She wants to thank The Cuckoo’s Theater Project for this opportunity!
Get to know Amy!
TCTP: What was your favorite show you were a part of in high school?
AS: I didn’t participate in shows in high school, but I took my costume design for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat to the state Thespian festival!
TCTP: Have you actually read Moby Dick?
AS: I have not
TCTP: What is a piece of classical literature you would love to see turned into a musical?
AS: The Giver
TCTP: Do you have a personal white whale? What is it? (Interpret how you wish.)
AS: Public speaking
TCTP: What’s the most thrown together show you’ve ever done?
AS: For my Puppetry class in college, my friend and I wrote a show about our professors for our final exam and performed it for them
